*Other Terms & Conditions of Charter :

+       Charges for Flight Clearance, Permissions and Revisions, Overflying, International/domestic Flight handling at all airports including India are to be paid by you including Private airfield / Helipad charges. The additional insurance cost for any uncovered destinations is to be borne by you.
+       If parking is not permitted at a destination, Ferry flying cost for parking at nearest airport is additional. If/as applicable.
+       Watch hour extension charges are extra as per bills. Boarding/Lodging/Local transportation for Crew is to be arranged and paid by you or payable for all nights & days beyond 2hours of detention per destination (As above).
+       The flying time quoted shall be approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hrs flown over and above the estimated flying time. (i.e. Engines on to off from our base at Delhi and back to base ). Min, 2 hrs flying will be charged on everyday basis plus all additional charges if /as applicable.
+       Should the flight be curtailed/cancelled/diverted/held-over due to factors beyond our control (like weather), or the actual flying time is longer than the indicated time (due to ATC clearance/density of air traffic/wind and weather conditions etc.), payment would have to be made on the basis of actual flying/overnight halt/waiting etc. , over and above the minimum estimated flying time.
+       Payment: For confirmation, we require 100% advance, based on the indicated flying time, overnight stay, waiting charges etc. vide Draft in favour of Span Air Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
+       Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation before one week 25%, and within one week to one day before take off 50%, Within 24hrs prior to first departure from base and for Same day 100% of the charter cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges. After take off no refund. 
+       GST Goods and Service Tax as per Government rates extra on all charges billed to you (at present 18%).
+       Force Majeure: Span Air as an operator ensures best of their effort for the performance, any cancellation or diversion due to reasons beyond human control the operator will not be held responsible for the operation.
+       Customer taking charter & their agent indemnifies Span Air Pvt.Ltd., it's Company Directors & employees against any claim, liability, and risk against any unforeseen incidents, before during and after the flight.
We require all Names, Nationality, Copy of Passport and Visa etc of foreigners to obtain prior permissions for each trip.
